Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will play a key part in strengthening our recruitment efforts by engaging with diverse talent pools across multiple languages and markets. You will recruit both locally and internationally for a wide range of roles across our business functions and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and achieve our recruitment objectives.

What are you going to do?

• You will be identifying effective recruitment channels
• You will be researching database, screening curriculums and contacting candidates
• You will conduct individual interviews and testing
• You will maintain database management
• You will be identifying specialized profiles in the contact center area;
• You will maintain relationships with both internal and external collaborators to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
• You will participate in job fairs and other company branding activities with a focus on the increment of recruitment effectiveness;
• You will provide administrative follow-up

Who are you?

• You are fluent in English, Arab and French languages (written and spoken)
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and the ability to manage recruitment challenges effectively.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are a creative, proactive and problem solver
• You have good organizational and time management skills
• You have a positive attitude and good presentation skills
• You have good knowledge and use of the main MS Office applications
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and stakeholder management
• You have at least 3 years of working experience , preferably coming from the same busniess industry
