SEO Specialist – Aviation Operations Ref 03/2026

The Network Plan is a fast-growing global Flight Support and Flight Dispatch company, delivering operational excellence to operators worldwide. We are recruiting talented professionals to join our Tunis Operations Center, the operational hub supporting our worldwide flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for our WordPress website.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search rankings.
• Manage and configure WordPress SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math) to support optimization efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness) and coordinate with the development team to implement fixes.
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of professional experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing SEO for a WordPress website, including SEO plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Familiarity with website analytics and performance reporting.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how website structure impacts SEO.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.).
• Experience with local or international SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of paid search (SEM/PPC) or broader digital marketing channels.
• Knowledge of aviation systems or flight operations.
