Flutter Developer — Mobile & White-Label Applications

About TRVL CODE
TRVL CODE is a travel-tech R&D and product company building an interconnected ecosystem for booking, hospitality, mobility, distribution, CRM, payments, guest experience and travel operations.
We are looking for a Flutter Developer to take ownership of existing applications, develop new mobile products, and help us bring mobile capabilities across the TRVL CODE ecosystem.
We are open to an exceptionally motivated Junior/Mid-Level developer with strong attention to detail and high learning velocity, or an experienced Senior who can immediately improve our architecture, quality and delivery.
Your Role
You will:

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Take ownership of existing applications and unfamiliar codebases.
• Build new mobile products, features and reusable modules.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication and third-party services.
• Implement native, WebView and hybrid mobile experiences.
• Build reusable white-label/multi-brand architecture.
• Implement Flutter flavors, brand configurations and feature flags.
• Create reusable components and design systems.
• Write tests and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage builds, CI/CD and App Store/Google Play releases.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI and backend teams.

White-Label Architecture
An important part of our strategy is:
One core platform → multiple products and brands.
The same application functionality may be deployed for different TRVL CODE products, hotels or partners with different:

• Branding and design
• Features
• API configurations
• Firebase configurations
• Languages
• Bundle IDs
• App Store / Google Play applications

You should understand or be eager to master Flutter flavors, modular architecture, feature flags, configuration-driven applications and reusable design systems.
We want to build once, configure intelligently and deploy across multiple brands — not maintain duplicated codebases.
WebView & Hybrid Apps
Some TRVL CODE capabilities already exist as web applications.
You should be comfortable integrating them into Flutter using:

• WebView / WKWebView
• JavaScript Flutter communication
• Authentication and session sharing
• Cookies
• Deep links and URL interception
• File uploads/downloads
• Camera/location permissions
• Payment flows
• Navigation and error handling

You should understand when functionality should be native Flutter, WebView-based, or hybrid.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:

• Flutter & Dart
• Android & iOS development
• REST APIs / JSON
• State management: BLoC, Riverpod, Provider or similar
• Async programming, Futures & Streams
• Git
• Responsive UI
• Debugging and performance optimization
• Authentication and secure storage

Strong advantages:

• WebView / hybrid applications
• Flutter flavors
• White-label / multi-brand architecture
• Firebase
• Push notifications & deep linking
• Feature flags / Remote Config
• Clean or modular architecture
• Unit, widget and integration testing
• CI/CD
• App Store Connect & Google Play Console

Bonus: Kotlin/Kotlin Multiplatform, Swift, React, TypeScript or GraphQL.
The Person We Want
We care about capability and mindset more than years of experience.
You may be a Junior who learns extremely fast, investigates everything and has a falcon eye for details.
Or you may be a Senior who can open an unfamiliar repository, understand it, identify problems, improve the architecture and start delivering without constant supervision.
In either case, we expect:
Ownership. Curiosity. Discipline. Transparency. Attention to detail. Product thinking.
We don't want someone whose responsibility ends with:
"My code is finished."
We want someone who thinks:
"It works, it's tested, integrated, documented and ready for production."
Not a Fit
This role is not suitable if you are looking for a secondary/freelance position, require constant supervision, avoid existing codebases, or consider testing, documentation and deployment somebody else's responsibility.
