Odoo Developer Junior

About the role We are looking for a motivated Odoo Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team on-site. You will help implement, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP/CRM solutions for our internal needs and/or our clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-moving ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Create and modify custom modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
• Design and adapt views using XML, QWeb reports, and website templates.
• Configure automated actions, server actions, and workflows.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs (REST, XML-RPC).
• Migrate and import data between Odoo versions or from external sources.
• Fix bugs, test features, and support users after deployment.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements.

Required skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.
• Good knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with the Odoo framework (ORM, models, fields, inheritance).
• Proficiency in XML, QWeb, and basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
• Understanding of Git version control.
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh or deployment on Linux servers is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo module publishing or the Odoo App Store.
• Understanding of core business processes (sales, purchase, accounting).
• Odoo certification.

Work arrangement

• This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate is expected to work from our office at Lac 2 . Remote work is not available for this role.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
