We’re hiring at Shipper
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Designer & Video Editor to join The Growth Studio in Tunis.
This is not a role for someone who only designs static posts or only edits videos.
We’re looking for a versatile creative who can turn marketing ideas into strong, engaging and performance-driven content across Shipper’s ecosystem.
You’ll work on everything from social media and advertising creatives to video editing, motion design, marketplace visuals, campaigns and brand assets.

You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in design, video editing or multimedia production
- Have a strong portfolio covering graphic design + video
- Understand social media and performance advertising creatives
- Are comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut or similar tools
- Know how to work quickly, iterate from feedback and maintain strong brand consistency
- Are interested in using AI and generative creative tools to improve and accelerate your workflow
