Storekeeper Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to support the efficient management of warehouse operations and inventory activities.

The successful candidate will : 

• Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Issue materials and equipment according to company procedures.
• Verify delivery documents, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage equipment distribution and recovery records.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, and shortages.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized storage area.
• Prepare inventory reports and support stock control activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
• Good computer and data entry skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
