We’re hiring — Business Developer / Tech Sales

We’re looking for a motivated, communicative person who understands technology to help us find and develop new clients in Tunisia and internationally.

The role:
Find potential clients, understand their needs, present our services, and work with the technical team to turn opportunities into projects.

*1,200 TND/month fixed + 10%–20% commission per project, depending on the project and client budget.

We’re looking for someone serious, motivated, and ready to grow with us.

Bac+3 or equivalent in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales / business development is a plus
Good understanding of software and IT projects
Comfortable with prospecting, communication, and negotiation
Good English is required
Motivated, autonomous, and results-oriented
