JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Transfer Manager to join our team and lead our airport operations across Tunisia. If you are a hands-on leader with strong operational and people management skills, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic international tourism company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily transfer and airport operations.
Lead and coordinate the airport team.
Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Manage operational issues, delays, and last-minute changes.
Coordinate with transport providers, hotels, and airport stakeholders.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, airport operations, or transfer services.
Previous team management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
