Description du poste

Ensure the quality compliance of Oil & Gas and EPC projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from engineering   to fabrication, construction,  while ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, Welding Books, Weld Maps, and all quality-related documentation.
  • Supervise quality inspections during fabrication, assembly, construction, and site activities.
  • Prepare daily production and quality progress reports.
  • Coordinate inspection activities with fabrication teams, engineering, clients, third-party inspection agencies, and certification bodies.
  • Plan and schedule hold points, witness points, and final inspections.
  • Review and verify WPS, PQR, Welder Qualifications (WPQ), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) documentation.
  • Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and applicable codes.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) / Data Books and ensure timely submission to clients.
  • Serve as the primary quality interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party certification agencies.
  • Participate in internal, external, and client quality audits.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a similar QA/QC position within the Oil & Gas, 
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, welding quality control, inspection activities, and project quality documentation.

    Technical Competencies

    • Solid knowledge of international standards and codes oil&gas
    • Strong understanding of welding engineering and fabrication processes.
    • Experience with NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT).
    • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and fabrication drawings.
    Good command of Microsoft Office and document management systems
