Senior HR Manager

Desert Joy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead its Human Resources department. The successful candidate will drive HR strategy, oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support the company's growth by developing talent and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring efficient HR operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor legislation and company policies.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management, training, and succession planning programs.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide management with strategic HR insights.
• Advise managers on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Promote employee engagement and strengthen internal communication.
• Manage HR records  while supporting audits and external HR-related matters.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English .
