Project quality technician

Purpose of the Role

Ensure the quality and compliance of products and manufacturing processes during the NPI phase, in line with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, controls, and testing.
• Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Support quality tools and activities, including PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and capability studies.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans and quality documentation.
• Conduct and support product and manufacturing process audits.
• Perform first sample inspections and prepare dimensional/quality reports.
• Raise quality alerts and support problem-solving activities.
• Ensure proper traceability and archiving of quality records.
• Provide technical quality support to Production and project teams.

Required Profile

• Technical higher education (BTS or equivalent).
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing quality.
• Good knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, and 5M.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement/testing equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
