Purpose
of Role :
Produce parts in compliance with established
procedures to ensure the product meets the requirements specified by the
customer.
Key
Accountabilities :
- Adjustment of welding heads
- The operation and adjustment of presses and CNC machines
- Improvement of existing tooling
- Ensure that quality control procedures are followed
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Always seek to improve production, quality, and processes
- Report any drawing issues or problems in control plans
- Teach any new beginner/apprentice as needed
- Provide support (technical or otherwise) to any member of your team
- Participate in the process of handling non-conforming products
- Use the data collection system (PDCS)
- Additionally, any other reasonable request
• Mastery of CNC and Bihler and MISK press settings at a very high level
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Motivated, flexible individual eager to continuously learn best practices
• Ability to show initiative and a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Comfortable working alone and/or within a team environment, contributing and sharing best practices, resources, and ideas to continuously improve
Academic level :
Bachelor Degree, BTS or BTP Mechanical or Electromechanical
