Transport Manager

In order to make sure that it’ employees have a safe and reliable way to get to and from work, Hicha Joy provides it's own staff transport through different vehicles (Buses , Minibuses , Cars…)A Transport Manager in Hicha Joy has a mission to direct, coordinate, plan, oversee all transport related tasks and operations with the aim of providing the most optimal transport solution:

• Managing the fleet and the vehicles maintenance team.
• Establishing and adjusting efficient routes and transportation schedules.
• Following vehicle’s licensure and registration.
• Following vehicle’s preventive maintenance schedules.
• Participating in vehicles purchasing decisions and ordering repairs.
• Ensuring all team members have proper licensure and up-to-date training.
• Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress.
• Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.

• Master or Engineering degree in mechanics, logistics or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar mission (Fleet Management).
• knowledge of best driving, vehicle maintenance and other practices.
• Efficiency in working within high-volume transport operations.
• Team Management.
• Budget Monitoring.
• Analytical thinking, clear decisiveness, strong communication skills.
• Good English level [Mandatory].
