Requirements
- Engineering degree (Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
- Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage
- French and English are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project from planning through completion
- Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, and site activities
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines
- Manage contractors and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management
