Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Tunis, Tunisia. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct discovery meetings, and present Tanit Web’s technology solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with technical and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction, as well as monitoring market trends and competitors. The Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, participate in events or demos, and build long-term relationships that support business growth.

• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple accounts.

• Comfort with Cold calls, CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.

• Knowledge of digital platforms, workflow optimization, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Fluency in English and French; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

• Prior experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses is preferred.
