We are looking for a professional, qualified Sales Supervisor to increase the volumes of our office in Sousse and potentially expand to other cities of Tunisia.

We require:

• English Proficiency: C1 level (speaking and writing) with a valid certificate of qualification.
• Education: University degree in Business Management, Sales. 
• Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a Sales Manager/Supervisor position leading a team of 10+ employees.
• Availability: A minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Core Skills: High level of responsibility, critical thinking, strong decision-making abilities, and a capacity for fast learning.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding of computers and how they operate.
• Software Expertise: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the entire Google ecosystem) as well as Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (XLSX).
