Medior QA (Manual Testing & Application Support)

CED Tunisia is a subsidiary of CED Group. It consists of an IT-BI Development center and a Businees Process Operations (BPO) team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence. We employ 260 professionals as of now and going to recruit a Medior QA for the IT department. We are building in Tunis the digitalisation of all our front office applications and part of our middle office. Our solutions are in a Full Stack Environment using the most recent Microsoft Technologies: Angular, C#, .Net, SQL Server databases and Azure Cloud Technology.

Being a Medior QA at CED Tunisia Includes : 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough manual testing of our solutions to identify bugs, issues, and
areas for improvement.
2. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual).
3. Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of
requirements and functionality.
4. Document and report issues, providing detailed descriptions and steps to
reproduce.
5. Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other activities to ensure
the quality of the product throughout the development lifecycle.
6. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on
testing outcomes.
7. Investigate, address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

✅Degree: Bac+3 or Bac+4 in Computer Science or a related field
✅ Experience: 1 to 2 years in QA/manual testing
✅Good knowledge of software testing methodologies

✅ A basic understanding of information security and data protection principles, including GDPR, confidentiality, and the secure handling of sensitive data.

✅The ability to identify, document, and report security-related defects and vulnerabilities during testing.

✅Awareness of common cybersecurity threats, such as phishing, malware, credential theft, and social engineering.

✅Experience in application support / incident management

✅ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment

✅Knowledge of tools such as Jira, AzureDevops, or similar
✅Fluent in English (written and spoken)
✅Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
✅ Good communication and team spirit
✅Immediate availability is a plus
