Sales Luxury Travel Agent (English Speaking) - Sousse - (1 WEEK Training before start!)

Mandatory In-Person Onboarding & Selection Process

• Training Period: 7 consecutive days starting October 17th.

• Schedule: Daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (Tunisian Time) at our Sousse office. Full attendance for all 7 days is strictly required.

• Final Evaluation & Exam: A practical evaluation exam will take place on the 7th day of training.

• Contract Signing: Only the TOP TIER trainees who pass the exam will be selected to sign a 3-month probation contract and begin working immediately.

Requirements

1. Sales & Client Service Experience: Prior experience in sales or high-end client servicing is a huge plus.

2. Work Ethic & Commitment: Resilience and strong drive—you must be prepared for a challenging, fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts your earning potential through commissions.

3. Mandatory On-Site Presence: Must be based in or able to commute to our Sousse office independently (48 hours/week). Note: We do not provide housing or daily transportation allowances.

4. Professional English Proficiency: C1/C2 level written and spoken English is required.

5. Advanced PC Literacy: Mastery of standard web navigation and Google Workspace tools.

6. Reliability & Accountability: Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and high personal responsibility.

7. Professional Conduct: High standards of communication, personal presentation, and professional ethics.

8. Fast Learner: Ability to absorb information quickly during initial onboarding.
