- Independently plan, manage, and execute IT projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and roadmaps
- Monitor project progress regarding scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Coordinate project teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
- Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management
- Facilitate and moderate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- Manage project controlling activities and provide regular status reporting
- Support resource and capacity planning across projects
- Act as a mediator between different stakeholder groups and help resolve conflicts
- Foster effective collaboration within international and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects
- Strong knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methodologies
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with the Atlassian toolset, especially Jira and Confluence
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or similar) are considered a plus but are not required
